Waiting for the little one to fall asleep
Usually after the evening feed, this little one tends to stay awake and doesn't fall asleep as easily as after other feeds during the day.
Although today, in general, she was staying awake more... not too sure why.
I really can't remember what I did last Thursday but hey.. Thursdays are a bit annoying, as ebs has to work at night. I tend not to have enough time to have a nap during the day, so my energy level gets really low after dinner. So normally I feed her then start sleeping while ebs takes over for a bit while she falls asleep... then I take the night shifts, ie. feed, change, formula, burp and put back to bed... usually one late night feed and one early morning feed...
Tonight, I've been sitting here waiting for Emma to fall asleep... I fed her around 6pm... and she's been on and off sleeping... I was going to nap but she was up again... so... I started blogging instead :P
She's normally not too bad, just when she's not fully sleeping, wakes every now and then, she tends to cry a little and needs her dummy. But it means you can't really sleep... not very well anyway :P
Hopefully, the visit to the Plunket Family Centre tomorrow would help... fingers crossed :)
