Standing up.... moving...

Just in the last week or so, it is becoming more and more clear that this little one is pulling herself up all the time and everywhere.
On top of that, she's also trying to balance herself standing with very little holding on. She will let go of one hand and play..
And, she's trying to move from point A to point B once she's stood up. She'd try to grab on something else, then move towards the next point.

She also tries to climb over things, climb on people to get to higher places.

She has a few way of getting down, too... mainly landing on her bum! :D

We were told that she's fearless! Keeps crawling everywhere and standing up everywhere...

Interesting... and a few friends and the teachers in daycare have all said.. she's probably going to walk soon.
We hope that "soon" means a few more months :P Otherwise it'd be even harder keep an eye out on her!

妹妹這一週來越來越常站起來, 隨便抓到什麼可以穩定的東西就站了起來!
而且他不需要靠抓東西抓的很牢的站, 他是用抓東西 (桌子牆壁等等) 來保持平衡. 之後就可以放一隻手在玩.
除此之外, 他還可以從一個定點到另一個, 站好之後 放一隻手去抓另一各地方, 然後慢慢移動腳步就可以移動到另一個定點.
還會從靠枕等等 媽媽的腿上爬過... 也會往我們身上往上爬...

我們會站也會下來喔... 大多是就一屁股給他坐下來.. 然後就可以爬起來繼續玩囉!

學校老師跟我們說, 這傢伙都不會怕.. 到處爬來爬去, 抓到什麼就要站起來...

其他朋友跟學校老師也都說, 他應該很快就會走路了... :-
爸爸媽媽希望這個很快... 還有幾個月啦...不然就越來越難顧了... ^^;;;

First day at Daycare

Today is the first day Emma starts daycare. She will be in daycare on Tuesday and Thursdays from now. I also have the person from property management company coming over to take photos of our house for renting at 2pm. So, I was busy cleaning and tidying up the house while she's at daycare. After I got everything done and just got out of the shower, I got a call from the daycare. At first I thought, oh no... but then, they only called to let me know that Emma is okay... just in case I'm wondering but feel bad to call. So apparently she had her bottle shortly after daddy dropped her off. Then went to sleep for 2.5 hours... Had another 200ml and was playing on the floor when they called me around 12:45. She told me that Emma is a really easy baby, so far. Sounds very good! I think she behaves better there!! At home, sometimes she won't go to sleep... gets too happy... Hmm... :P At least we know she's okay in daycare... and mum is okay today, very busy actually! :P Sally

Woo finally rolling over caught on video!

This morning when I was getting Emma out of the bed for her 2nd feed, I couldn't find the camera's memory card. Oh well, so I put her down for tummy time anyway and thinking, I bet she's gonna roll over this time and we'd miss it on video again! Yep! Damn! Later I found the memory card and put her on video again... but it only has 7 mins left! Bummer... I thought she might roll over just as the camera is running out of memory... no no, she didn't. Very close so many times though! But now I know what the secret is for her rolling over... She'd have one arm straight and pushing hard, the other tucked in... and she always likes to wiggle to a certain direction very hard... and babies have heavier heads :P So... she just keeps pulling towards one direction and... way she goes... rolls over.
