Better sleeps - 睡好覺

Last night, again Emma slept through till about 4:45 for an early feed! (She was in bed by 6:30pm) I thought maybe she was cold or want the dummy... and thought it's probably like 2am or something. But no... it was 4:45. Oh... no wonder she's hungry! (previous nights, she had 2am feeds .....)

Last night was also the first night in over 8 months, actually over a year and a half, that I've slept through 7 hours without getting up in between for bathroom or Emma!!

Awww.... this is nice!

昨天晚上Emma 從6點半睡到早上4點45才醒來. 聽到他哭的時候我還以為他是冷了,還是要奶嘴... 想說大概才2點多吧... 結果他一直把我的手拍掉 不要奶嘴... 看看時間, 喔... 4:45 了 嗯... 之前幾個晚上都2點起來又要吃... 那應該餓了.

昨晚也是我第一次... 8 個多月來... 不對, 其實應該是將近一年半以來, 我第一次睡7個小時中間沒有醒來過... 沒有起來跑廁所, 也沒有因為妹妹要起來...

真好.....

* Saturday, 13th April 2008 - 9 months + 1 week* Today, Emma met 3 other little babies. Joy, 8 months old. Another 7 months old boy and another little boy who's 3 days younger. Not only she's the biggest out of them all, her record for fighting over toys is 3:0 to Emma, which is a bit of a worry! > Well, mummy used to bully other boys in school, daddy's big, so no one bullies him. Our little Emma is starting from such a young age... not sure if it's a good thing or not. ^^;; ------------------------------------------------- 今天跟3個小朋友玩喔... 一個8個月大的妹妹, 一個7個月大的弟弟, 還有一個小他3天的弟弟. 除了他塊頭比人家大, 搶玩具的紀錄是 3:0 , Emma 獲勝. 傷腦筋 > 嗯, 想想媽媽以前在學校都欺侮男生, 爸爸塊頭大, 也沒有被欺侮的份.... 我們妹妹年紀小小就這樣... 不好吧...

I want to feed myself - 我要自己吃飯啦!

* Monday, March 10th 2008 - 8 months old * 八個月大 # This is a back log # - "舊聞" Trying to feed Emma her rice porridge that evening was a bit of a struggle. She kept wanting to grab the bowl and have a try. Mummy read somewhere that they would want to feed themselves, it'd be messy but we should give them a go. So here's the results of Emma grabbed the food from the bowl... can't get much into her mouth... 那天要餵妹妹吃飯真的是有夠傷腦筋. 他一直要來抓碗, 不給他抓就生氣又不肯吃飯. 媽媽有聽說, 小朋友會想要自己餵自己吃飯, 我們應該要鼓勵他們, 會弄得很髒就是了... 以下就是結果... 抓了一把粥也吃不到什麼... Ended up all over herself... 結果就全身都是了... Still refusing to be fed (refusing to open her mouth) 還是不肯給人家餵他吃 (嘴巴不肯張開) And she wants to taste the bowl, too! 還連碗都要咬一下才甘心!
