More steady on our feet! 越站越好囉

Last few days, we've noticed Emma is more and more steady on her feet. More and more times we noticed her standing up without support for a few seconds. Today, she was standing for almost 10 seconds!

Last night, she's even walk one little step forward. She was trying to get from her toy to me, the gap was just a little too big. So she step forward and landed on me, still standing though. Whereas in the past, she would have landed on the floor flat first and had to crawl then stand up again.

It's amazing watching these developments!

最近這幾天發現妹妹越站越穩, 越來越多次就自己空手站著一下下. 今天還有次他這樣站了快10秒! 他還會蹲著玩呢!

昨天晚上還走了一小步! 他從他的玩具要走過來媽媽這裡, 中間剛好就差了那麼一步! 他就往前一步然後倒在我身上..還是站著就是了! 以前就還沒到媽媽這裡就先到地上囉!

看著他這樣慢慢成長, 真的好神奇喔! :)

First day at Daycare

Today is the first day Emma starts daycare. She will be in daycare on Tuesday and Thursdays from now. I also have the person from property management company coming over to take photos of our house for renting at 2pm. So, I was busy cleaning and tidying up the house while she's at daycare. After I got everything done and just got out of the shower, I got a call from the daycare. At first I thought, oh no... but then, they only called to let me know that Emma is okay... just in case I'm wondering but feel bad to call. So apparently she had her bottle shortly after daddy dropped her off. Then went to sleep for 2.5 hours... Had another 200ml and was playing on the floor when they called me around 12:45. She told me that Emma is a really easy baby, so far. Sounds very good! I think she behaves better there!! At home, sometimes she won't go to sleep... gets too happy... Hmm... :P At least we know she's okay in daycare... and mum is okay today, very busy actually! :P Sally

Woo finally rolling over caught on video!

This morning when I was getting Emma out of the bed for her 2nd feed, I couldn't find the camera's memory card. Oh well, so I put her down for tummy time anyway and thinking, I bet she's gonna roll over this time and we'd miss it on video again! Yep! Damn! Later I found the memory card and put her on video again... but it only has 7 mins left! Bummer... I thought she might roll over just as the camera is running out of memory... no no, she didn't. Very close so many times though! But now I know what the secret is for her rolling over... She'd have one arm straight and pushing hard, the other tucked in... and she always likes to wiggle to a certain direction very hard... and babies have heavier heads :P So... she just keeps pulling towards one direction and... way she goes... rolls over. Finally... in the afternoon, when I was playing with her on tummy time again... video on... after so many close ones... she finally rolls over and caught on camera! Yah! (These p...
